There are several different processes to realize the difference of medals, such as soft enamel, imitation hard enamel. Also, other processes are utilized to make the medals unique, engraving the names or laser engraving the number. The linked ribbons could be produced by Yuehua at the same time. There are 2 major sewing ways of ribbons, one is H sewed and V sewed. Its connecting link could either be the jump ring, ribbon ring or other special rings. To order custom medals and medallions, we require artwork that meets certain specifications. Please ensure that the design file is in AI, CDR, or PDF format and includes the size and Pantone colors of the design.

Newest Engraving Technique With CNC Machine
Yue Hua use the latest CNC machine technology to create custom medals and medallions featuring intricate designs with 3D cubic, relief sculpture, or fully cubic figures. To ensure accuracy, we provide CNC 3D artwork for approval before engraving molds. Although creating CNC artwork is more expensive than 2D artwork, we provide it as a courtesy for the best possible outcome.
